Randy Hunzeker has called Vancouver home since 1981. He grew up in the Portland area and graduated from James Madison High School in 1972. After attending George Fox College, Randy started a family. Today Randy is happily married to Sheri, he has two children, 3 step children and an eleven year old granddaughter. Randy's career in Real Estate began in 1997 and has been punctuated by a strong desire to give back to both his industry and community. Randy has volunteered with organizations such as Share House, Transitional Youth and Northwest Children’s Outreach. In addition, Randy serves on the board of the Clark County Association of Realtors Foundation; a 501(c) entity created by the Clark County Association of Realtors. Randy has also served the association in a variety of positions initially as a member of the grievance committee. Randy served on that committee until 2006, chairing the last 3 years. He also started and chaired the public relations committee in 2003-2005. Randy then served the broader association as Vice President, President Elect, and then President in 2007. Randy was awarded “Realtor Achievement” in 2003, “Realtor of the Year” in 2007 and one of only seven in the state to be selected to Leadership Institute Northwest in 2006. At the state level he has served as state director since 2003 to present, attending Hill Day in Olympia, fall and spring business conferences each year. Randy’s professional designations include; Associate Broker (AB), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS). With 14 plus years of Real Estate experience in this community, Randy is uniquely qualified to serve your needs. Randy is a student of this industry that has provided for his family, staying current on market conditions and other key issues that directly affect home ownership in our community.
